1. Booking Cancellations

We assist in booking train tickets through third-party providers. As such, cancellations are subject to the rules and policies of the original ticket issuer (such as Amtrak or any other official operator). If cancellation is allowed under their terms:

  • Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure (unless otherwise stated by the carrier).

  • Cancellations made outside the permitted window may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, are based on the third-party provider’s terms and may be subject to:

  • A processing or cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of request

  • Deduction of non-refundable service or convenience charges

  • Timing of your request (early cancellations are more likely to be eligible)

We do not guarantee full refunds unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • No-shows or missed trains

  • Invalid or incorrect passenger information provided by the user

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by the carrier

  • Technical issues on the user’s side that prevent booking confirmation

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

6. Modifications and Rebooking

We may assist in modifying bookings, depending on availability and provider policies. Modification requests are treated separately from cancellation and may incur additional charges.
